Please join us for an Open House on Saturday, March 29th, from 12pm – 4pm! Our River Watch students, alumni, staff, Board of Directors, families, and volunteers are all welcome to come enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the EcoHouse. This is a great way to get to know us better, and it gives us a chance to say ‘thank you’ for your continued support.
If you’ve attended our open houses over the last couple of years, you know to expect fun conversations, stories from our River Watch adventures, food from the grill, and family-friendly activities. Archery! A nature hike! Kite flying!
The River Watch EcoHouse is at 10611 Platt Lane.
Directions: Take 71 east, past the airport. At the first light you come to, there will be a Sonic on your left. Just past that light, get in the left-turn lane, and turn left to go north on FM973. Go 2.2 miles, and then turn left on Platt Lane. (It’s easy to miss. Look for the white “Clean Fill Accepted” sign.) Platt Lane doglegs to the left, and then the River Watch EcoHouse is the third house on the left.
An RSVP is not necessary, but we would love to hear that you’re coming. Contact Stefini Sherwood at firstname.lastname@example.org or 512-779-0518. Our Open House is rain or shine!
Feel free to forward this invitation to your friends and family. See you there!
