On March 5th, four River Watchers from McCallum High School led a creek restoration workshop at the Community First! Village, that highlighted the benefits of deep-rooted native grasses in riparian areas. Along with MLF staff and Community First! Village residents, River Watchers planted Eastern Gamagrass plugs in degraded sites along the stream.
