April 11, 2014: Three young men of Austin Youth River Watch had a sleepover at the EcoHouse. The next morning volunteers joined the River Watchers to plant a diversity of native stream-bank plants, which can later be transplanted to ‘Grow Zones’ along Austin streams as part of our stream restoration project.
