March 6, 2015: Eight River Watchers explored Austin and enjoyed a self-guided urban art tour. On Congress, they discovered an interactive art project that asks people to share their aspirations in public by finishing the statement “Before I die I want to…” Then they headed over Graffiti Park at Castle Hills for more sight-seeing. Thanks for keeping it weird Austin!
