River Watchers test the waters in the City Council Chambers – frolic in playful space at City Hall

September 26, 2012:      18 River Watch students toured the City Council Chambers and City Hall.  Students are preparing for a presntation to the City of Austin Environmental Board in the City Council Chambers for October 17th, 2012.  So we went to look at the place where they will give the presentation so that they won’t be nervous.  The Austin City Hall is an impressive green building.  Students enjoyed the roof top planters.  The art in and on the building made the space quite playful so we enjoyed the visit!
