October 23, 2011 15 River Watchers from five AISD schools had fun while learning about Austin’s Environment at the Green City Fest. Students saw Green Art, got their faces painted, put messages up about not smoking, learned about recycling, water usage and how to save water, about native plants, and about green building materials amongst other things. It was a fun day at City Hall.
