pH Workshop

By March 11, 2015No Comments

March 11, 2015:     Eight River Watchers avoided the windy, cold temperatures and stayed indoors at the CER eating snacks and testing common household products for pH levels. They made a scale for pH value indicators to show the levels of acidic, neutral, and basic. They tested products, such as, milk, juice, water, cleaning solutions, vinegar, and shampoo and then talked about how pH levels determine how compounds react with other substances.
