January 19-20, 2014: 11 young women of Austin Youth River Watch had a sleepover at the EcoHouse. They played games, went on a night hike calling for nocturnal creatures, shared stories, and demonstrated their artistic abilities with collaging and painting. Monday morning, the River Watchers volunteered at Buttermilk Creek working with Watershed Protection to install seed islands and picking up litter with Keep Austin Beautiful.
