June 18, 2015: 13 River Watchers joined staff from Watershed Protection at Whirlpool Cave to go WILD CAVING! River Watchers learned more about groundwater hydrological functioning, karst formations, cave pollution, safety, permeability, endangered species, and recharge zones. It was an awesome day underground!
