June 13-14, 2017 | Summer E. coli Sampling and Analysis
Manor students reviewed, collected, and prepared five E.coli samples, collected near the confluence of Little Walnut and Buttermilk creeks. They were taught how to prepare samples for incubation. Quanti-tray samples placed in the incubator for readings the next day.
Program staff worked with students to evaluate and record readings of the samples from the previous day.
