14 River Watchers developed a Social Contract to guide their contribution, behavior, and interactions with each other. They used phrases, such as, be present, be supportive, respect personal space, be gracious, handle with care, and friendly banter allowed. They discussed the purpose of a Social Contract, recognizing that it fosters relationships, promotes teamwork, and supports a positive experience for everyone.
