July 16, 2013: Three River Watchers toured Aquarena Springs in San Marcos in glass-bottom boats and then visited the aquaria nearby that housed native species of fish and salamanders. River Watchers learned about endangered and threatened species living or last observed in Spring Lake and about the history of the area.
