Weather does not always cooperate with our outdoor environmental education program. However, these days allow for us to focus directly on other youth development aspects such as leadership and life skills, not already covered during our regular programming. Due to the rain on this day, 13 River Watchers played games and nominated their fellow students for River Watch student Ambassadors. As Ambassadors, River Watchers will represent their peers and lead the Readiness Committee, creating goals and designing tools to assist all River Watchers in making the transition from high school graduation to the next phase of their lives.
