September 28, 2012: 10 students met with City of Austin Watershed Protection Biologist, Staryn Wagner, about stream bank restoration on Buttermilk Creek and the Willowbrook Reach. The group considered what they might be able to do to help with the effort at one of their River Watch sampling locations. River Watch Program Coordinator, Adam Comer, is hoping to delve deeper into similar projects with the River Watch students over the coming years as part of the River Watch Strategic Plan.
