September 27, 2012: Five River Watchers sampled the water quality at Bright Leaf Preserve, a special place for nature encounter in northwest Austin. Bright Leaf Preserve was a gift of Georgia B. Then the students vistied the Northwest Recreation Center where they took in the concepts of the top candidates for the Waller Creek Design.
