The second week of our Summer Adventure Program started off with a fun day with Texas Conservation Corps American YouthWorks! River Watchers taught the corps members how to test water quality and the science behind each test. In return, TXCC members engaged our students by sharing their experiences and benefits of being AmeriCorps members and trained our students how to properly use tools to maintain and improve trails. They were even able to build a cute little trail behind the EcoHouse that led to our pump shed!
