June 17, 2015: Nine River Watchers hiked the 102 steps to Mount Bonnell, which is one of the highest points in Austin. Admiring the views, they talked about Lake Austin, the history of the LCRA, and it’s influence on the Colorado River. Next, they toured the beautiful ground of the Mayfield Park and Preserve and were visited by the resident peacocks.
